Urban Planning Certificate (UPC)
Do you want to buy building land or build a house or make a donation? It is recommended to ask the town hall for a town planning certificate (CU) before carrying out any of these operations.
The CU is an information document on the town planning rules applicable to land. There are 2 types of town planning certificate :
- the Information CU (type A). If you do not yet have a construction project on the ground, it will provide you with information on town planning rules on the plot, taxes and easements.
- the Operational CU (type B). In the case of a construction project on the ground, it tells you if your project is feasible or not on the plot.
Prior Declaration (DP) & Building permit (PC)
At firsts, you must check with your town hall to find out if your project is locatede in a protected area*.

This receipt specifies that, within a period1 month from the submission of the file, the town hall can notify you of a different deadline for starting your work. She also has1 month to let you know thatyour file is incomplete.
